We were born from a deep desire to give back, especially to survivors of domestic violence who often face the unimaginable challenge of having their mobile phones and financial accounts controlled by their abusers. These survivors are left disconnected, isolated from the support they need to rebuild their lives.
Our founder, Gary Brandt, partnered with the Credit Union Service Organization CU Safe to change that. Together, they developed a solution—an extra SIM card and mobile service that provides survivors with secure, independent communication and access to their credit union accounts without fear or interference.
CU Safe is an extraordinary program that connects domestic violence resources with credit unions, offering survivors financial tools and support to help them transition into safer, more hopeful lives. What started as a mission to help survivors quickly expanded, and Members Mobile now offers this service to all credit union members, ensuring everyone can benefit from this life-changing initiative.
